About the role
This is a key position within our organization.
As an HR Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding, induction, training coordination, and pre-employment checks.
You'll ensure new hires have a smooth and professional entry into the business, coordinate training activities, and maintain accurate HR records and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and system setup.
- Organise and facilitate employee inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Manage pre-employment checks including reference checks, medicals, and compliance documentation.
- Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and liaising with providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
- Process and track HR-related invoices, liaising with vendors and internal finance teams as needed.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with reporting and tracking of HR metrics as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or generalist role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and onboarding best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and managing employee data and records.
