Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Human Resource Adviser.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding procedures, including contracts and system setup.
  • Organise and facilitate employee inductions.
  • Manage pre-employment checks, including reference checks and medicals.
  • Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions and maintaining records.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Process HR-related invoices and liaise with vendors and finance teams.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or administrator role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and onboarding best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and managing employee data.

Skills Requirements:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
