About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and system setup.
- Organise and facilitate employee inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Manage pre-employment checks, including reference checks, medicals, and compliance documentation.
- Schedule training sessions and maintain records, as well as liaise with providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
- Process and track HR-related invoices, liaising with vendors and internal finance teams as needed.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track HR metrics and provide reports as required.
- Evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
