Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees at all levels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee onboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and system setup.
  • Organise and facilitate employee inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Manage pre-employment checks, including reference checks, medicals, and compliance documentation.
  • Schedule training sessions and maintain records, as well as liaise with providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
  • Process and track HR-related invoices, liaising with vendors and internal finance teams as needed.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track HR metrics and provide reports as required.
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
