Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to oversee and support all human resource activities on the project site, ensuring alignment with project objectives, labor laws, and organizational policies.

You will foster a positive work environment as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring adherence to industrial relations legislation, managing employee relations, supporting workforce development through training programs, and coordinating initiatives related to safety, well-being, and conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities include:
