Site Human Resource LeadThis role is pivotal in overseeing and supporting all human resource functions on the project site. It involves serving as the primary point of contact for employees on-site for any HR-related queries, concerns, or requests.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading industrial risk mitigation and coordinating emergency responses to workplace incidents with the HSE and IR teams. They must create a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement and addressing workplace issues quickly and professionally.The role requires ensuring that all HR activities comply with Australian labor laws and relevant internal policies. The incumbent must maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations affecting employment, health and safety, and industrial relations.Additionally, they will provide HR/IR advice to ensure compliance with industrial legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements for employees. This includes maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports on staffing, attendance, and other HR metrics.The Site Human Resource Lead will coordinate site-specific inductions, ensuring employees are aware of safety policies and procedures. They will collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure HR policies align with on-site safety protocols and promote employee health and well-being.The role also involves coordinating site-specific inductions and facilitating relevant programs to support employee development. Furthermore, they will oversee counseling, discipline, probation, return-to-work programs.They must maintain accurate HR records, including training and incident documentation, and assist with HR-related documentation for internal and external reviews.The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all HR practices.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field is essential. Relevant experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
