Job Title: Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Our Lady of Mercy College Heidelberg.

Job Summary:

The Finance Officer will be responsible for the College's accounts and related financial tasks, including billing, fee processing, debtor management, and BAS processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the College's accounts and financial transactions
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Monitor and manage debtor accounts
  • Prepare and lodge BAS returns
  • Perform other financial tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check
