**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:We are looking for a friendly and experienced Admin Officer with high standard customer service to support our Parent Education Department.
- Located at Mercy Hospital for Women (Heidelberg) in the Outpatients Department
- Permanent Part-Time - 0.3 EFT / 1.5 days per week or over 2 days (6hrs per day x2 days per week)
- Providing exceptional customer service, by ensuring effective, accurate and timely communications with staff and clients, observing confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Championing the use of various information systems to ensure the recording and handling of various documentation and information is completed accurately and efficiently

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to time manage, organisational skills and work within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Attention to detail, cost consciousness and procedural follow through
- Data reporting and analysis experience

- Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
