Job Title: Senior Manager, Organisational Resilience

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of our organisational resilience. As our next Senior Manager, you will provide expert advice and support to executive leadership in critical incident management, business continuity planning, and risk management.

About the Role

This pivotal role offers direct engagement with senior executives, including those at the most senior levels within the institution. You will lead best-practice approaches to business continuity and critical incident management, focusing on governance, training, and central coordination across the institution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice, support, and coordination to executive leadership in critical incident management.
  • Developing and implementing business resilience frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Demonstrating and sharing best-practices in business continuity planning and implementation.
  • Enhancing management's awareness, knowledge, and capabilities in business resilience.
  • Assisting faculties, institutes, and divisions with business impact analysis and developing practical business continuity plans.
  • Compile and provide relevant reports to management highlighting important aspects of the University's business resilience risk profile.
