Operational Resilience Role

As a resilience expert, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening organisational resilience practices.

This is an opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in operational risk and resilience to drive business continuity frameworks, policies, and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business resilience strategies to enhance the organisation's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management on resilience matters.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field (business, law, finance, information technology).
  • 5+ years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience roles within a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
  • Proven experience in dealing with senior management and stakeholders.
