Business Transition Specialist

The Business Transition Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless organizational change by overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of business transitions. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement effective transition plans, and ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive complex projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks associated with business transitions
