Job Opportunity: Career Transition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals throughout their return-to-work journey.

The Role:

  • You will make a positive impact on someone's life every day by managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims.
  • As a Career Transition Specialist, you will provide high-level service and support injured workers to recover from workplace injury and return to work.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after completing training.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, providing exceptional customer service and supporting injured workers to recover from workplace injury and return to work.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to facilitate successful claim outcomes and maximize employee productivity.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
