Senior Project Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Transition Specialist to oversee the management and governance of phase-in workstreams for a fixed-term engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of Phase In Workstreams, including:
- Workstream Phase In meetings
- Subcontractor management and audits
- Recruitment and Defence security requirements
- Site audits and equipment checks
- Procurement of appliances and specialist equipment
- Development of plans and schedules
- Leadership and Communication:
- Leadership of junior staff
- Communication and liaison with clients
- Review and development of transition schedules
- Risk Management and Cost Control:
- Manage and report on risk and mitigation strategies
- Cost monitoring of phase-in expenditure
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A qualification in Engineering and/or Project Management
- Experience in government stakeholder engagement
- Strong logistics coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-focused with ability to identify and prioritise problems
