Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and expansion of our business through strategic initiatives.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams.

Growth Strategy

The Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing client acquisition strategies to target potential clients;
  • Driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies;
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts;
  • Pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances;
  • Generating and nurturing leads across multiple channels to maximize conversion rates;

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of at least ten years in senior-level growth, business development, or sales roles within the media and communications industry;
  • An extensive network of industry contacts and ability to leverage relationships for new business opportunities;
  • Strong understanding of media and communications industry trends, dynamics, and best practices;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating high-performing teams;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships;
