**Position Overview**
As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and marketing initiatives aligned to the overall business plan, in collaboration with key stakeholders. The delivery of outstanding customer experience, high care standards and the focus on improving the life of people living with a disability is key to success.
As part of the role you will also be responsible for driving creative communications to elevate and promote the organisation and develop the brand in the market, generation of growth and revenue and expanding business opportunities that allows the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives and sustain its mission.
**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Develop, assess and implement growth initiatives in line with United for Care's strategic plans
- Lead the growth of United for Care's support services and independent living accommodation
- Oversee the creation and delivery of a marketing strategy to promote the organisational brand, both internal and external communications, marketing and advertising including social media and media engagements, and marketing materials, brochures, attendance at industry and other relevant events
- Provide expert and authoritative advice to the leadership team on strategic commercial and business development opportunities and the integration of new partnerships with United for Care
- Work creatively to grow the brand awareness especially engaging with key referrers to develop relationships
- Work closely with the Client Success Leads, Communications Lead and the Transition team to optimise opportunities, drive brand awareness and ensure a consistent and coherent customer experience
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all accommodation vacancies are advertised through appropriate channels
- Represent the voice of the client - develop a clear and disciplined reporting framework to ensure that clients' voice is captured, and acquired sustainably and profitably.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Executive team on growth initiatives, trends and tracking
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary Business or Marketing qualifications
- Exposure to disability services and with an understanding of the NDIS systems
- Grant or corporate partnership experience an advantage
- Experienced in assessing opportunities, with an ability to create and propose comprehensive business cases and reports
- Experienced in building brand awareness and promoting services, with an overview of marketing, branding and communications trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work to targets and KPI's, with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work collaboratively at an Executive level across multiple departments
- Able to critically analyse and reflect a high strategic level
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to quality
- Effective and flexible team player
- Able to think strategically
- Resilience and ability to cope with ambiguity and change in a growing business
