About the Role

As a Commercial Excellence Leader, you will drive strategic growth initiatives across our markets in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Sales Director Grocery & Pharmacy, you will leverage your expertise to inform commercial strategies and optimize decision-making.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of commercial strategy and category managers.
  • Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party market data providers.
  • Develop and deploy commercial and category strategies across the market.
  • Design channel strategies for maximum growth opportunities using a 4P's framework.
  • Prioritize customer marketing actions aligned with brand marketing initiatives.
  • Establish a strategic framework for planning, delivery, and evaluation of promotional activations.
  • Analyze financial and sales data to support ranging channel/category priorities.

This role requires adaptability, as no two days are the same. You will thrive in an ever-evolving work environment and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
