Job Title: Executive Lead for Strategic Growth Initiatives

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead strategic growth initiatives, driving business development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute win strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver client-centric pitches.
  • Implement a structured approach to pitch methodology across high-value opportunities, driving growth in NSW and the Pacific.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual storytelling and client engagement tools.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in business development, BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
  • Degree qualified with strong interpersonal skills, able to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem solving and elevating business development strategies.
