Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Overview of the Role

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

The jobholder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails. They will also identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by providing high-level customer consultations, demonstrating our latest tools and equipment and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

The jobholder will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. They will also utilize Salesforce to record all interactions and track progress towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing plans to achieve sales targets
  • Providing high-level customer consultations and demonstrations of our latest tools and equipment
  • Utilizing Salesforce to record all interactions and track progress towards sales targets
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (required)
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to demonstrate our tools and equipment
  • Time management, planning and prioritization skills
  • Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license
