About the Role:

The Key Accounts Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver the company's growth targets across group brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients and provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value
