Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Account Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine curiosity about technology and a strong interest in building a career in sales.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in IT Services and Technology Solutions, while supporting senior sales professionals with lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.

About the Role
  • Research and qualify potential leads, keeping our CRM up to date
  • Support the sales team with outreach, appointment setting, and presentations
  • Engage with new and existing clients to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Learn the end-to-end sales process, supported by structured training and mentorship
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives and customer support
  • Assist with reporting and admin to keep sales operations running smoothly
Key Requirements
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar (cadetships or internships highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • A genuine interest in IT Services/Technology Solutions and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office is a bonus
