About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within our high-performing sales team.

Territory:

You will be based in the Wollongong region, servicing new and existing accounts to achieve maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service levels and drive sales growth through product basket optimization.
  2. Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact-based analysis.
  3. Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets.
  4. Plan and develop effective territory call plans for existing and identified customers.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional account management or business development skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Northern Territory region and market
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude and ability to positively contribute to the team culture
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaboratively across different teams
  • Proven commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
  • Ability to identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to convert these into actions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or business development
  • Full Driver Licence
