Product Specialist Role

 

Job Summary:

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical and clinical support to surgeons and medical professionals within the operating theatre setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal patient and clinical outcomes by delivering high-quality product information and training to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend cases and provide clinical support for DEX procedures
  • Deliver results in line with business strategy and equip sales team with product information and training
  • Support tenders and manage Private Hospital Group accounts
  • Oversee and manage key accounts in the sales region
  • Map out and convert leads to execute successful product launches
  • Use metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or commercially minded professionals transitioning into sales (e.g., Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists)
  • Strong teamwork orientation and long-term, relationship-based sales approach
  • Strategic thinking and constructive challenge skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and prioritisation abilities
