Technical Specialist for Network Services

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to contribute to the development and support of our Data Centre Wi-Fi and Secure Network services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical development and continuous improvement of network access and control services, including RADIUS and TACACS.
- Act as subject matter expert in WiFi technologies, RF survey and planning, SD access, campus switching, and designs to support scalable networks.
- Provide input into new solution design, release planning, and product lifecycle support.
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and proactive problem resolution.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance across networking services and tools.
We require someone with hands-on experience in Wireless Technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper), RF Analysis tools (Ekahau), SD access (Catalyst Central), authentication (ISE, ClearPass), scripting and automation skills for network orchestration (e.g. Python, Ansible), familiarity with monitoring and visibility tools like SolarWinds and Splunk, and ability to work across complex ICT environments with focus on innovation and reliability.
