Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist to provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, or chat. You should be comfortable working in a technical support environment, curious to learn about our processes and tools, committed to delivering excellence for your team, and driven to help customers resolve complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues, such as routing, switching, and firewall problems
  • Thoroughly document all support interactions and their resolutions
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams
A Day in the Life

You will serve as the escalation point of contact for customers and internal teams, seeking resolutions for technical inquiries that require more in-depth problem-solving. You will work directly with engineering teams when issues are large, critical, or complex.
