Technical Network Specialist

Job Description: As a Network Support Engineer, you will be working with customers to identify and resolve network-related issues. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
">About the Role:
">- Provide expert-level support for customers on network-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfers to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate cases as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Document cases thoroughly in incident and knowledge management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Strong technical knowledge of computer networking protocols and architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience with automation, programmability, and/or virtualization.
