Technical Network Specialist

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain network performance, availability and customer satisfaction through operational execution and technical governance of suppliers.
  • Rapidly resolve complex network faults beyond managed service scope and manage critical incident escalations to minimise customer impact.
  • Lead root cause analysis, implement permanent corrective actions and participate in change management including representation at Change Advisory Board meetings.

Responsibilities include extensive hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting multi-vendor IP networks in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 environment.

Strong understanding of service provider network design, routing and switching principles is essential.

Experience with automation tools such as Python and Ansible is desirable but not mandatory.
