Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Specialist to play a key role in delivering managed services and technical support across complex technology environments.

This includes supporting network automation and monitoring platforms, ensuring high availability, and working collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.

Your work will directly contribute to the stability, security, and performance of mission-critical systems.

This role follows ITIL practices and requires technical depth in Linux, AD/DNS/DHCP, Splunk, and CCNA-level networking, while offering room to grow and gain exposure to emerging tools and technologies.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in systems/network administration, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in systems/network administration (Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP)
  • Networking knowledge with CCNA certification or above
  • Familiarity with security operations and tools (e.g. Splunk, SIEM, vulnerability management)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Australian Citizenship with Baseline or NV1 security clearance
