About the Role

Rexel Australia is seeking a highly skilled Product Master Data Administrator to join our Data Insights team in North Ryde. As a Product Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Product Management team to update supplier pricing on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Product Management team to update supplier pricing
  • Assist in data cleansing and performing necessary checks on supplier price files
  • Coordinate with Product Management team and Suppliers to validate changes and update data
  • Maintain and load customer pricing data into ERP using ERP bulk loaders

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for all Product Master Data in the business, ensuring highest quality data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient processes for managing Master Data
  • Contribute towards processes for evaluating and auditing data quality, and managing data quality KPIs
  • Contribute towards improvements of platform to help meeting strategic objectives of the business
  • Customer Service orientated, supporting the business with Product Master Data helpdesk, investigating, resolving, and escalating issues with attention to excellence
  • Maintain and load product data into ERP using PIM tool
  • Document and control all processes to qualify product data load
  • Ensure Master Data and PIM documentation are maintained and kept up to date
  • Audit and control management, ensuring all changes are tracked and monitored with checks and balances in place to safeguard against data corruption and user error

Requirements

  • Good understanding of supplier pricing updates in systems
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, with ability to learn new skills quickly and adopt an approach using newer tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to analyse data and confidently present findings and insights to non-technical users
  • Skills to manage a busy project workload in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Be outcome-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Absolute attention to detail, able to handle complex datasets and manipulate them quickly and confidently
