Job Overview

The role of Senior Compensation Professional presents an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional ready to take on their next challenge and drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Processing: Process high volume compensation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update accurate compensation data, including data collection and entry.
  • Calculation Expertise: Process complex calculations including back-payments, redundancy calculations, terminations and leave entitlements.
  • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve compensation related queries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar Senior Compensation Professional position within a medium/large scale business.
  • Understanding of and experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs.
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
