Lead Total Rewards and Organisational Capability

You will play a critical role in shaping compensation and reward programs for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, govern, and administer compensation and reward programs to ensure effectiveness and industry competitiveness.
  2. Manage the benefit platform, including reporting and tracking metrics to ensure ROI.
  3. Provide comprehensive advice on compensation packages, benefit policies, practices, and programmes to stakeholders.
  4. Guide HR Partners and leaders on policy and guideline interpretation and pay decisions.
  5. Assess existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with the company's strategic priorities.
  6. Manage compensation surveys, research market competitive practices, and recommend new programs or enhancements based on cost/benefit analysis.
Organisational Capability
  1. Lead the L&D team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of L&D programmes.
  2. Oversee communication and engagement initiatives and projects.
  3. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify development needs and address discrepancies between training and performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and practices to ensure innovative and relevant L&D programmes and interventions.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and change management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insight from data and explain these to audiences simply and succinctly.
