Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compensation programs to align with business objectives
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Collaborating with HR teams to develop and implement performance management processes
- Providing coaching and guidance to employees on compensation and performance-related matters
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and performance management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
