ROLE OVERVIEW

We are pleased to present a rewarding opportunity for a Housing Operations Regional Leader to become a vital part of our organization. We are looking for an individual who resonates with our core values and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients.

  • Responsible for overseeing and enhancing Housing operations throughout QLD
  • Full-time employment opportunity - (38 hours per week)

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Supervise a team of Housing Professionals providing tenancy and property management services
  • Ensure that Community Housing performance indicators are met and comply with funding body standards
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to current service delivery to the General Manager of Housing for further consideration
  • Coordinate compliance, essential services, and annual asset management initiatives for your region, supported by the National Property Infrastructure team
  • Oversee and manage the tenancy and property management database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance to enhance service delivery

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Social or Community Housing and a passion for delivering exceptional client-focused services. You should demonstrate the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and effectively manage multiple priorities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business Administration, or Community Services are preferred
  • Previous experience in a comparable role managing personnel overseeing a varied property portfolio
  • Comprehensive understanding of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies legislation and Community Housing policies
