- Responsible for overseeing and enhancing Housing operations throughout QLD
- Full-time permanent position - (38 hours per week)

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Supervise a team of Housing Professionals providing tenancy and property management services
- Ensure achievement of Community Housing KPIs and compliance with funding body stipulations
- Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements and propose recommendations to the General Manager of Housing
- Coordinate compliance and essential service programs for your designated region, supported by the National Property Infrastructure team
- Oversee the tenancy and property management database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance to enhance service delivery
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
This position is ideally suited for an individual with a background in Social or Community Housing who is committed to providing exceptional client-focused services. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and effectively manage competing priorities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Business Administration, or Community Services are preferred
- Previous experience in a comparable role managing a diverse property portfolio
- Comprehensive understanding of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sectors
- In-depth knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies legislation and Community Housing policies
