ROLE OVERVIEW

We are pleased to present a fulfilling opportunity for a Housing Operations Regional Manager to be part of our esteemed organization. We are in search of an individual who resonates with our values and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients.

  • Responsible for overseeing and enhancing Housing operations throughout QLD
  • Full-time permanent position - (38 hours per week)

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Supervise a team of Housing Professionals providing tenancy and property management services
  • Ensure achievement of Community Housing KPIs and compliance with funding body stipulations
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements and propose recommendations to the General Manager of Housing
  • Coordinate compliance and essential service programs for your designated region, supported by the National Property Infrastructure team
  • Oversee the tenancy and property management database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance to enhance service delivery

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

This position is ideally suited for an individual with a background in Social or Community Housing who is committed to providing exceptional client-focused services. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and effectively manage competing priorities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Business Administration, or Community Services are preferred
  • Previous experience in a comparable role managing a diverse property portfolio
  • Comprehensive understanding of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies legislation and Community Housing policies
