ROLE OVERVIEW

We are pleased to present an engaging opportunity for a Housing Operations Regional Leader to be part of our dedicated team. We seek an individual who resonates with our organizational values and is committed to enhancing the experiences of our clients.

  • Opportunity to oversee and enhance Housing operations throughout QLD
  • Full-time permanent position - (38 hours/week)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide a team of Housing Professionals in delivering effective tenancy and property management services
  • Ensure that Community Housing performance indicators are met and comply with funding body standards
  • Propose enhancements to existing service delivery and present recommendations to the General Manager of Housing for further consideration
  • Manage compliance, essential services, and the annual asset management strategy for your designated area, supported by the National Property Infrastructure team
  • Oversee the tenancy and property management database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance to enhance service delivery

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

This position is ideal for someone with experience in Social or Community Housing who is dedicated to providing a high-quality, client-centered service. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and effectively manage competing priorities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred tertiary qualifications in Property, Business Administration, or Community Services
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity managing personnel overseeing a varied property portfolio
  • In-depth understanding of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sectors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies legislation and Community Housing policies
