
Strategic Growth Manager

Key Account Managers play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention of key accounts. They foster strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs. With broad understanding of industry leading modes, services, products, technology, and business processes, Key Account Managers retain and grow customers through the sale of diverse products and services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business Development: Elevate credible relationships across departments, collaborate on solution development, drive opportunity pipelines, conduct regular business reviews, present strategic solutions, analyze customer data, and create viable supply chain solutions.
- Customer Experience: Manage conflict, navigate difficult conversations, act as an advocate for customers, target continuous improvement, and engage internal leadership members for alignment and prioritization.
- Financial Accountability and Process Efficiency: Proactive review of financial results, identify cost avoidance, ensure AR processes are adhered to, and regularly review AR dashboard.
Key qualifications include:
- High School diploma
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or account management
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Supply chain knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
- Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results
