We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our hospitality team in delivering high-quality food services to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, ordering, and preparing meals that meet resident dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring hospitality employees, including reviewing performance
  • Planning, ordering, and overseeing the preparation of all meals to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experience
  • Maintaining accurate food safety documentation and ensuring all work practices meet HACCP requirements
  • Receiving and processing deliveries in accordance with our food safety plan
  • Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring they are met
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (or similar)
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of aged care quality and food safety standards
