Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Accounts and Bookkeeping professional to join our network of talented individuals. Our goal is to help you find fulfilling career opportunities that match your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into relevant systems and software.
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage customer accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • End of Month Processes: Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • IAS and BAS: Prepare and lodge IAS (Individual Australian Taxation) and BAS (Business Activity Statements) as required.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Fixed Asset Registers: Maintain accurate fixed asset registers, including depreciation and impairment calculations.
