About This Role

As a Sales Operations Manager at Talent Right, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the sales strategy and process for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales structures and methodologies, ensuring seamless alignment between the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales framework that encompasses architectural specifications, key products, and suppliers.
  • Ensure Sales and Marketing alignment by collaborating with the Marketing Director to establish clear standards for MQL and SQL, identify key process improvements, and leverage automation tools to enhance sales cycles, deal closure, and business scalability.
  • Create a process and reporting structure that captures all sales activity, including appointments, calls, and meetings.
  • Establish a benchmark for lead and lag measures, and a process for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage and lead the sales team by identifying strengths, building high-quality working relationships, and providing support, development, and performance management.

Requirements
  • Experience in Construction, Architectural, or Specification markets is highly desirable.
  • Passion for sales success through process development and effective system management.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Specification and Consultative selling experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong team culture orientation.
