The Role

You will report to the Cost Manager and sit within the project commercial team. You will be accountable for:

  • Project cost data management in project control systems
  • Routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities as directed
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and processes
  • Verifying correct monthly costs with project engineers
  • Regular engagement with cost code owners on providing forecast workbooks, CTD & CAC
Key Responsibilities
  • Cost control, estimation, risk management, and financial reporting at similar construction projects
  • Forecasting, preparing CTD, CAC, earned value, and time phasing
  • Desirable experience with Oracle (JD Edwards), FPM, Primavera (P6), and Production/Productivity management systems
