Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction estimator to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Review project documentation, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and pricing schedules to clients as per submission deadlines.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and apply accurate labour and material rates.
  • Ensure cost estimates achieve target gross profit margins.
  • Maintain and apply standard costing methodologies and ensure all estimates align with company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in mechanical engineering, construction management, or trade-based background.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating (preferably in metal fabrication or industrial construction).
  • Familiarity with fabrication drawings, materials, and trade practices.
