Are you looking for a new opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in construction sales and estimating? This is an exciting chance to work as an outside sales person, inspecting damaged properties and preparing estimates to repair them.

As a restoration sales and estimating professional, you will work closely with insurance adjusters and property owners to obtain agreement on the scope and cost of repairs. Once the estimate is approved, you will hand the file to the construction manager, follow up to ensure the work is performed properly, and collect payment on the job.

This position requires strong time management skills, excellent people skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and a strong work ethic. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team to provide good customer service while meeting deadlines.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of five years' construction experience, preferably with experience in new home and/or remodeling. Experience with Xactimate estimating software is preferred but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with estimating software such as Xactimate
  • Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead)
Benefits

This is a career position offering pay-for-performance compensation, with benefits including medical insurance, retirement matching, and paid holidays. Income range including bonus is $65,000-$95,000.
