About the Role:

  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Cost X, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar estimating software.
  • A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
