MRS Property, with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne, specializes in commercial property and takes the time to understand their clients' needs to ensure successful property investments.

MRS Property's clients include private investors, family companies, SMEs, ASX-listed fund managers, superannuation funds, and syndicates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MRS Property Management business, including the Client Accounting Department, and ensure high standards of exceptional service to clients.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with MRS Property Management clients.
  • Manage a selected portfolio of key assets in SA.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the company.

Requirements:

  • A results-oriented approach, consistently achieving agreed outputs and delivering high-quality service and outcomes for MRS clients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a strong team culture.
  • Exceptional client management and focus on developing and maintaining strong, personal relationships with all owner clients and key clients/assets.
