About the Role

The team in Adelaide seeks a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the building operations and maintenance of various commercial, retail, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and excellent financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and optimize expenditure to maximize returns from each property
  • Communicate effectively with owners and tenants, providing timely and professional advice on property management
  • Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of leases and other documentation
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing agreements in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee maintenance procedures, including cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of housekeeping and coordinate building works and contract administration
  • Prepare income and expenditure budgets and provide monthly and annual narrative reports
  • Ensure compliance with repairs and maintenance provisions of all leases
