**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail centers in Greater Adelaide (East) and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management, including operations, engineering, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including engineering, risk, and compliance, within budget limits and authorities.
  • Ensure high-quality control and compliance of all contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of entire properties, including common areas and plant rooms, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage tenant relationships and resolve operational issues to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to develop and implement capital works projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures, including risk management and compliance.
