Strategic Industrial Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a dynamic and growing industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of industrial relations across multiple business units.
- Leading and managing enterprise bargaining negotiations with stakeholders.
- Supporting the strategic bargaining process through benchmarking, trend analysis and comparative assessment.
- Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supporting compliance matters and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting with workplace investigations and reviewing reports and outcome letters.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with team members and leaders and case management activities.
- Providing escalation support for complex cases and managing workplace litigation within your portfolio.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in employment-related legislation and providing regular briefings and updates to the team.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law or a related field.
- Previous experience in an industrial relations role providing ER and IR advice to team members and leaders, with demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation and industrial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
