Expert Industrial Relations Specialist Sought
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that involves managing relationships with unions, navigating legislative changes, and developing strategic plans while minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR leadership to advance the industrial relations strategy.
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters to staff and managers.
- Manage enterprise agreement processes and coordinate future bargaining processes.
- Identify and mitigate industrial risks while liaising with external stakeholders, including unions and legal firms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing expert industrial relations advice, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate others, emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or law, coupled with a solid understanding of legislative requirements, are essential for this role.
Requirements:- Experience in industrial relations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
