We are seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join our Workplace Relations & Safety group. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic advice on employment and industrial relations matters, representing clients in conferences and court hearings.
- Provide expert advice on employment law related issues and industrial relations matters.
- Liaise with clients and take the lead on matters.
- Prepare written advices and represent clients in conferences and court hearings.
- Research case law and provide legal analysis.
- 8+ years post-admission experience in Employment Law.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law and current Practising Certificate.
- Critical reasoning and investigative abilities.
- Expertise in legal drafting and client relationship management.
