Social Worker Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Multi Agency Protection Service, where you will play a key role in improving health outcomes for individuals experiencing Domestic and Family Violence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality knowledge and expertise on gendered violence, complex trauma, risk assessments, and service responses.
  • Contribute to sector development by training health staff on working with people experiencing DFV.
  • Evaluate and enhance organisational frameworks and processes.
About You:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
  • You should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • A demonstrated understanding of complexities in working with people experiencing DFV is required.
  • Experience in risk assessment, professional judgment, and adherence to protocols is desirable.
