
Senior Licencing Compliance Expert

This position involves maintaining best practices around eHealth Queensland's Software Asset Management Framework, including policies, procedures, strategies, tools, work instructions, and standards.
- Identify software licencing risks and issues and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop and implement actionable strategies to mitigate and manage these risks and issues.
- Analyse software auditing and metering data to identify and recommend actionable business improvement and optimisation opportunities; collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement these opportunities.
- Provide subject matter expert advice on software licencing risks and issues, proposing management and improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- High-level knowledge of Software Asset Management, including the ability to provide high-level specialist advice and support for software asset management functions in a large organisation (SFIA: ASMG level 6, TECH level 5).
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders through various communication methods, adapting communications appropriate to the audience (SFIA: COMM level 6).
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and risks across the business and collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions (SFIA: SLMO level 6).
- High-level understanding and application of ITIL principles in Software Asset Management.
