As a senior compliance expert, you will lead our organisation’s compliance efforts. Your expertise in visa management and work rights will ensure that we remain compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyse large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead a team, providing clear direction and effective delegation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance processes and employee onboarding.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and organised approach.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, including dashboards and data visualisation.
